Absolute Vinyasa: This is a seven-part Vinyasa Flow with breath work, warm-up, strength, dynamism, balance, stretch and relaxation. This flow incorporates principles of yoga and exercise science in providing an experience that lifts the energetic being (Virya) and harmony to the body. Bio - Singith, born in the poverty-ridden rural south of Sri Lanka, hails both his life and the spiritual journey as the essence of his wish for a socially compassionate world. Singith has been an athlete most of his life, an avid runner, hiker, and outdoor enthusiast. Singith is a registered yoga instructor (RYT- 200 hr) and a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He teaches with a greater emphasis on building muscular strength, yogic energy systems, and mental and physical endurance. Professionally, Singith works in academia and corporate consulting. His mission in life is to elevate accessibility and affordability in education, and his purpose in being is to help others become sustainable humans.
