This appointment is to help you continue down this path, build on it, adjust it, if need be - Access Healthcare BEFORE you have an injury! Here, we can screen for potential injuries with running, cycling and posture. We can take the time to identify muscle imbalances, challenges with daily, repetitive tasks, and. more! This is an abbreviated version of the Physical Therapy Evaluation that we offer "Bi annually" to our Monthly Wellness Members and "Quarterly" to our Yearly Wellness Members.

Wake Up Call is the BEST way to get up in the morning. It's your PRE-breakfast movement routine. Get stronger and more mobile. This is a healing-centered, early-morning yoga practice designed to support grounding and regulation. Through accessible movement and steady breath, the class offers a safe and brave space to wake the body, clear mental fog, and establish a calm, supported start to the day. Participants are encouraged to move with choice, rest when needed, and engage in ways that feel supportive rather than demanding. This class centers on dignity, agency, and care—meeting each person where they are at and supporting sustainable well-being without expectation or urgency.
