DOWNLOAD OUR APP 1. Schedule/Move your Own Appointments (after PT evaluation) 2. Purchase Your Package (when purchased 24 hours from Evaluation - $200 Evaluation Remaining balance is waived*) 3. Did you know? If our Packages are not similar to the cost of using your Insurance, they're better! 4. But, you need the monthly breakdown of payments? That's fine. Choose "Affirm" when purchasing your Package via the App for convenient, fixed monthly payments (not per visit, which is fantastic!) 5. But, can I submit to Insurance for some sort of Coverage? Absolutely. We provide SuperBills at the end of your care that you can conveniently submit to insurance for either their variation of Reimbursement OR often they will apply it to your Deductible (wooh!)
