Join us at the studio for a relaxed morning designed for moms and their little ones. We’ll begin with gentle, kid-friendly yoga and stretching to wake up the body and prepare for a neighborhood walk. After we warm up, we’ll head out together for a casual stroll through the neighborhood. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before we head out (included*), connect with other moms, and let the little ones move and explore alongside you. Strollers are welcome and can be parked outside during yoga. Come as you are—this class is all about easy movement, fresh air, and a fun morning together.

Wake Up Call is the BEST way to get up in the morning. It's your PRE-breakfast movement routine. Get stronger and more mobile. This is a healing-centered, early-morning yoga practice designed to support grounding and regulation. Through accessible movement and steady breath, the class offers a safe and brave space to wake the body, clear mental fog, and establish a calm, supported start to the day. Participants are encouraged to move with choice, rest when needed, and engage in ways that feel supportive rather than demanding. This class centers on dignity, agency, and care—meeting each person where they are at and supporting sustainable well-being without expectation or urgency.
