Bikes & Back (Hip) Yoga 5:30pm Mondays| Wednesdays If you have a history of back pain, this is the class for you (if you currently have back pain, do physical therapy first!) This is a common area that cyclists struggle with secondary to tight Adductors, Hip flexors, and the positioning of the bike seat lending to a weakened core and locked low back. There can be a number of different compensations you are using to ride your bike. This class will help you overcome them; find a neutral spine; shore up your core and ride your bike (or just sit in general) for extended periods of time pain free.
