I received good care each week. My therapist, Leah, was attentive to my needs and encouraging.
I feel confident that I am able to continue with my
own healing through the plan and exercises.

My therapist Leah was great and helpful to getting me a little closer to where I need to be. I give her a 10.

Leah helped me on my recovering like nobody else in the past; she also speaks Spanish! Si necesita un terapeuta que hable español ella es la persona indicada para usted!

The experience [of having a rotator cuff tear and lower back injury] was so painful. I cried for 45 minutes one day. I got through it. Leah's words was so soft, genuine and gentle.  Now I smile. Thank you Leah Johnson, Therapist.
It was a perfect experience.

Leah was my daughter's therapist whom she adored and she was wonderful with her. I would definitely recommend Leah to my friends and family.

Leah was professional, personable, and encouraging throughout our time working together. She is very creative in her treatment plans, and takes a patient-first approach to physical therapy.

Leah is not only extremely professional and a wealth of knowledge on how the human body works, but is the most encouraging and tender soul. When you're in pain and doing something difficult like PT, you need someone like her to get you through it. She has taught me so much about how my body moves and how to improve my quality of life by getting to the root of my physical issues. I feel confident that I now have to tools to prevent my back pain and leg numbness. I cannot recommend The Second Arrow enough!

This is the logo for The Second Arrow. It is a clear picture of an arrow and a mirror image of that arrow but faded hitting at the same point. That's the second arrow "that's unnecessary." It represents "unnecessary suffering." The first arrow represents pain and its natural part to play in our lives. The second arrow is suffering. This place is about working through our pain and preventing suffering.
