7pm Tuesdays| Thursdays Yin Yoga This Yin Yoga class offers a slow, meditative practice designed to support deep release in the body and nervous system. Postures are held for several minutes, primarily on the floor, often with the aid of props, allowing time to gently stress connective tissues while cultivating stillness and awareness. Classes emphasize mindful transitions, functional alignment, and breath as a tool for presence rather than performance. Expect a calm, supportive environment where students are encouraged to listen inward, soften effort, and meet themselves exactly where they are. This practice is ideal for balancing more active movement, managing stress, improving joint mobility, and creating space—physically and mentally—to reset and restore. All levels welcome. No prior Yin experience necessary.
