Get stronger and more mobile. This is a healing-centered, early-morning yoga practice designed to support grounding and regulation. Through accessible movement and steady breath, the class offers a safe and brave space to wake the body, clear mental fog, and establish a calm, supported start to the day. Participants are encouraged to move with choice, rest when needed, and engage in ways that feel supportive rather than demanding. This class centers on dignity, agency, and care—meeting each person where they are at and supporting sustainable well-being without expectation or urgency.

Second Arrow Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga ~ Slow It Down 7pm Tuesdays| Thursdays This Yin Yoga class offers a slow, meditative practice designed to support deep release in the body and nervous system. Postures are held for several minutes, primarily on the floor, often with the aid of props, allowing time to gently stress connective tissues while cultivating stillness and awareness. Classes emphasize mindful transitions, functional alignment, and breath as a tool for presence rather than performance. Expect a calm, supportive environment where students are encouraged to listen inward, soften effort, and meet themselves exactly where they are. This practice is ideal for balancing more active movement, managing stress, improving joint mobility, and creating space—physically and mentally—to reset and restore. All levels welcome. No prior Yin experience necessary.

Singing Bowl Usage

Soothing Sound & Flow ~ 4:15pm Fridays Immerse yourself in a sound adventure inviting inner peace/ calm through sound and physical flow. Each experience aims to calm, balance and rejuvenate the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies of each unique individual.

"Yoga can bring balance to everything that you do."

So much yoga in RVA is inaccessible.
Our Community is not able to do it 2-3 times a week as it's meant to be done (either as your focus or cross training into other activities - like biking, running, rafting, climbing, etc...)

And, to those with previous injuries; currently injured; mobility problems (challenges with balance -getting up and down off the floor-, walking without assistance; wheelchair bound), it can feel out of reach.
