Immerse yourself in a sound adventure inviting inner peace/ calm through sound and physical flow. Each experience aims to calm, balance and rejuvenate the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies of each unique individual.

Cancellation Policy
Payment details are required for ALL bookings. If you are booking a FREE service, it is still required but you will NOT be charged. We know you may need to cancel a class. However, please provide adequate notice, so we can utilize the time for another student. When you late cancel, it not only impacts our business, it can also take away from someone else waiting for the class. We charge a fee for late cancellations and no shows at a rate of our drop in class ($15). It is the student's responsibility. If you are sick or have an emergency, we will consider this on an individual basis. (Please contact our clinic manager if you have any questions.) No Show and Canceling less than 3hrs before class begins = cost of class ($15)
