Folks are not able to do it 2-3 times a week as it's meant to be done (either as your focus or integrated into other activities - like biking, running, etc...)
 
And, to those with previous injuries; currently injured; mobility problems (challenges with balance -getting up and down off the floor-, walking without assistance; wheelchair bound), it can feel out of reach.
