BEFORE WORK - 7am

Wake Up Call Yoga 7am Thursdays Wake Up Call is the BEST way to get up in the morning. It's your PRE-breakfast movement routine. Get stronger and more mobile. This is a healing-centered, early-morning yoga practice designed to support grounding and regulation. Through accessible movement and steady breath, the class offers a safe and brave space to wake the body, clear mental fog, and establish a calm, supported start to the day. Participants are encouraged to move with choice, rest when needed, and engage in ways that feel supportive rather than demanding. This class centers on dignity, agency, and care—meeting each person where they are at and supporting sustainable well-being without expectation or urgency.
AFTER WORK - 5:30pm

Bikes & Back (Hip) Yoga 5:30pm Mondays| Wednesdays Bikes and Backs is a welcoming yoga class created with cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts in mind, while remaining open to all members of the community. This practice blends strength-building postures with mindful movement to support the spine, hips, and legs. Together, we’ll focus on stability, mobility, and body awareness to help keep our bodies strong, resilient, and sustainable for the activities we love, both on and off the mat. All levels are welcome. We also recommend this class for Climbers & River Folk!

EVENING - Slow It Down- 7pm

Yin Yoga ~ Slow It Down 7pm Tuesdays| Thursdays This Yin Yoga class offers a slow, meditative practice designed to support deep release in the body and nervous system. Postures are held for several minutes, primarily on the floor, often with the aid of props, allowing time to gently stress connective tissues while cultivating stillness and awareness. Classes emphasize mindful transitions, functional alignment, and breath as a tool for presence rather than performance. Expect a calm, supportive environment where students are encouraged to listen inward, soften effort, and meet themselves exactly where they are. This practice is ideal for balancing more active movement, managing stress, improving joint mobility, and creating space—physically and mentally—to reset and restore. All levels welcome. No prior Yin experience necessary.
