7pm Mondays| Wed Hatha Vinyasa Hatha Vinyasa Yoga focusing on Alignment and Breath Based Movement to Build Strength, Mobility and Connection.

6pm Tues/Thurs Grounding Hatha Yoga 50 min* Slow down and build from the ground up. This class blends long holds with intentional movement to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body. With a consistent structure each week, you’ll have space to learn the postures, refine your alignment, and grow your practice with clarity and confidence. No rush—just time to move well. *Stay for Yin at 7pm for the full grounding treatment

Second Arrow Fundamental Flow Yoga Class

3pm Wednesdays Hatha Vinyasa  This is a Vinyasa that breaks it down a bit more BUT will you sweat, get stronger, and more mobile? Absolutely. THIS is the class recommended for those who have recently discharged from Physical Therapy - led by a Physical Therapist
