This class blends long holds with intentional movement to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body. With a consistent structure each week, you’ll have space to learn the postures, refine your alignment, and grow your practice with clarity and confidence. No rush—just time to move well. *Stay for Yin at 7pm for the full grounding treatment
