Payment details are required for ALL bookings. If you are booking a FREE service, it is still required but you will NOT be charged. We know you may need to cancel. However, please provide adequate notice, so we can utilize the time for another person. When you late cancel, it not only impacts our business, it can also take away from someone else waiting for the potential spot. We charge a fee for late cancellations and no shows . It is your responsibility. If you are sick or have an emergency, we will consider this on an individual basis. (Please contact our clinic manager if you have any questions.)
