Climber Securing Gear

Climbers

Climbing presents us with challenging injuries that are sometimes called "repetitive injuries." These can involve the:

  • shoulder

  • elbow

  • wrist

  • neck

  • back strains

  • and more...

Repetitive injuries are challenging because they can quickly become "chronic" and are emotionally heartbreaking as they worsen over time and can eventually prevent you from the very sport that you so love.

Come on in. Let's keep you climbing together.

Water touring

River Folk

Whether its rafting, canoeing, swimming, sailing, and more....river and water work can also sometimes involve "repetitive injuries." These can involve the:

  • shoulder

  • elbow

  • wrist

  • neck

  • back strains

  • and more...

As with climbing injuries, these can also quickly become "chronic." Let us help keep you on the water together.

Yoga is a wonderful balance to prevent common injuries associated with Climbing & River Activities.

We have a Bikes & Back (Hip) Yoga class led by an Outdoor Enthusiast who can absolutely relate!

This is the logo for The Second Arrow. It is a clear picture of an arrow and a mirror image of that arrow but faded hitting at the same point. That's the second arrow "that's unnecessary." It represents "unnecessary suffering." The first arrow represents pain and its natural part to play in our lives. The second arrow is suffering. This place is about working through our pain and preventing suffering.
