Being Alive vs Living Well

An animal strives to "be alive," "to survive." But, we are human beings, we are capable of art, running, cycling, sailing on the river, basking in the sunshine. Physical Therapy is about enabling you to "live well" - to maximize your capacity - to keep going.
In Second Arrow Physical Therapy, we treat Injuries and better, we lower your risk for them - we BUILD Strength & Mobility - by doing individual appointments or better, by taking part in our Physical Therapy Packages.

A Physical Therapy Evaluation is your Access Point - whether you choose Individual Appointments or our Physical Therapy Packages - this is how you get the information to learn how to move forward. 30 Days of Unlimited Yoga Included.

10% Discount when Referred by a Friend or Family Member that is or has been a current patient at Second Arrow

**Duration of treatment will be recommended by your practitioner but ultimately decided by you**

Chronic Pain Vs Acute Pain... there's a reason that the two  types of pain have different names. Why? Chronic pain is a habit for your connective tissue, for your mind, for your lifestyle. If you have Chronic pain and feel like you are rolling backwards, come back in.

** If you've still Treatment visits in your "bank" (see packages above), then let's do this  - don't wait!

This is the logo for The Second Arrow. It is a clear picture of an arrow and a mirror image of that arrow but faded hitting at the same point. That's the second arrow "that's unnecessary." It represents "unnecessary suffering." The first arrow represents pain and its natural part to play in our lives. The second arrow is suffering. This place is about working through our pain and preventing suffering.
