Service Description
Rocket Ashtanga is a dynamic, breath-driven yoga class designed to “wake up” the body, build heat, and cultivate strength, mobility, and focus. Rooted in the traditional Ashtanga system, Rocket offers a more playful and accessible approach by modifying the sequence and encouraging exploration. Expect a vigorous flow featuring sun salutations, standing postures, arm balances, inversions, backbends, and opportunities to build confidence in more advanced poses. This class moves at a steady pace and is designed to ignite your energy while helping you develop balance, flexibility, and resilience. Modifications and progressions are offered, making the practice approachable for adventurous beginners while still providing plenty of challenge for experienced yogis. Come prepared to move, sweat, and discover what’s possible when you combine breath, movement, and a little rocket fuel. Best for: Students with some yoga experience who enjoy a strong, athletic flow and are ready to explore beyond the basics.

Cancellation Policy
Payment details are required for ALL bookings. If you are booking a FREE service, it is still required but you will NOT be charged. We know you may need to cancel a class. However, please provide adequate notice, so we can utilize the time for another student. When you late cancel, it not only impacts our business, it can also take away from someone else waiting for the class. We charge a fee for late cancellations and no shows at a rate of our drop in class ($15). It is the student's responsibility. If you are sick or have an emergency, we will consider this on an individual basis. (Please contact our clinic manager if you have any questions.) No Show and Canceling less than 3hrs before class begins = cost of class ($15)
