These Private Yoga Sessions can be included in our PT packages. Individually or part of PT packages, these can be covered by HSA/FSA. This first appointment is "the RunDown" where we break down your limitations, your injury history, and give advice on safety and how to progress specifically with Yoga in mind, 45 min Appointment
Cancellation Policy
We know you may need to cancel a class. However, please provide adequate notice, so we can utilize the time for another student. When you late cancel, it not only impacts our business, it can also take away from someone else waiting for the class. We charge a fee for late cancellations and no shows at a rate of our drop in class ($15). It is the student's responsibility. If you are sick or have an emergency, we will consider this on an individual basis. (Please contact our clinic manager if you have any questions.) No Show and Canceling less than 3hrs before class begins = cost of class ($15)
