Service Description
Doctors of Physical Therapy are experts at screening and diagnosing orthopedic injuries. Fallen? Sprained something? Woke up and it just hurt? Get Off the Orthopedic "Conveyor Belt" and come to this "one stop shop." We are "Referral experts." Injured and just "feel lost" - don't know which doctor to go to? Let us help you. Nearly every injury can be screened and treated conservatively by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. If you are not a candidate for Direct Physical Therapy or in doubt, give us a call, we'll talk through it with you for free. If you come to the Evaluation and you are not a candidate, we will not charge you. We are here for you!
Cancellation Policy
We know during the course of treatment, you may need to cancel an appointment. However, please provide adequate notice, so we can utilize the time for another patient. When you late cancel, it not only impacts our business and your PT’s schedule, it also takes away an appointment from someone else waiting for treatment. We charge a fee for late cancellations and no shows; due by the next visit (at the latest). It is the patient’s responsibility. If you are sick or have an emergency, we will consider this on an individual basis. (Please contact our clinic manager if you have any questions.) Late cancellation = less than 24 hour notice No Show = cancelling < 2 hours before appointment or no show/no call Fees Late cancellation/No Show – cost of class and/or appointment Attendance Policy While we are working together, we reserve 1-2 hours each week for you with your PT. In order to offer you this 1:1 care, we expect you to arrive on time and regularly attend your scheduled appointments. If you are excessively late or cancel multiple visits, you will be given a warning. If this becomes a pattern, you will be removed from the schedule. Reasons for removal include: Excessive late cancellations No shows (after 2nd incident) Repeated late arrivals (more than 5 minutes late) Need to Cancel?
