Join us for RVA First Fridays Yoga at 5:30pm - perfect for all levels! This donation-based class allows you to participate for FREE or support our small business and talented yoga teacher with a donation. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat; we have a limited number of rentals available. Come connect, stretch, and unwind with us at Second Arrow Yoga!

Cancellation Policy
Payment details are required for ALL bookings. If you are booking a FREE service, it is still required but you will NOT be charged (exception of "Donation Classes" FREE setting is at ".01 cents" - it's a software error we've yet to overcome). We know you may need to cancel a class. However, please provide adequate notice, so we can utilize the time for another student. When you late cancel, it not only impacts our business, it can also take away from someone else waiting for the class. We charge a fee for late cancellations and no shows at a rate of our drop in class ($15). It is the student's responsibility. If you are sick or have an emergency, we will consider this on an individual basis. (Please contact our clinic manager if you have any questions.) No Show and Canceling less than 3hrs before class begins = cost of class ($15)
