Service Description
Join us at the studio for a relaxed morning designed for moms and their little ones. We’ll begin with gentle, kid-friendly yoga and stretching to wake up the body and prepare for a neighborhood walk. After we warm up, we’ll head out together for a casual stroll through the neighborhood. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before we head out (included*), connect with other moms, and let the little ones move and explore alongside you. Strollers are welcome and can be parked outside during yoga. Come as you are—this class is all about easy movement, fresh air, and a fun morning together.

Cancellation Policy
Payment details are required for ALL bookings. If you are booking a FREE service, it is still required but you will NOT be charged. We know you may need to cancel a class. However, please provide adequate notice, so we can utilize the time for another student. When you late cancel, it not only impacts our business, it can also take away from someone else waiting for the class. We charge a fee for late cancellations and no shows at a rate of our drop in class ($15). It is the student's responsibility. If you are sick or have an emergency, we will consider this on an individual basis. (Please contact our clinic manager if you have any questions.) No Show and Canceling less than 3hrs before class begins = cost of class ($15)
